Hey there! I'm a Senior Product Designer with over 5 years of experience, specializing in B2C, B2B, and B2B2C products within complex industries. I've got a knack for launching intricate products and backing them up with solid data-driven insights.
I'm genuinely passionate about the entire product creation process and love collaborating with diverse teams. I strongly believe in putting the user first while keeping a finger on the pulse of the business needs – it's all about striking the right balance.
This is my first time ever building anything from the ground up. There was no previous designers, no design system, no references to check up on. It was a blank canvas from which we built something awesome.
Conceptualized the end to end journey of the internal platforms directly used to expand sustainable mobility with electric vehicles and a rent2rent SaaS platform. I created & defined features and collaborated with Product Managers, Developers & QA profiles to achieve a correct deployment and improvement opportunities via quick iterations.
At the same time, I spear-headed the creation and maintenance of our current Design System and it’s application into a web-app and an internal administration tool.
Not only did I learn more as a Product Designer, but I got the chance to lead a team of awesome colleagues who taught me a -lot- as professionals and as friends.
Lead in the design department in two out of the three squads available within the company. To be more specific, in both the Growth and Logistics Squads, providing everything from assistance in the creation of definitions hand in hand with Product Managers all the way down into QA.
I also validated concepts & designs with stakeholders and carried out further testing after the solutions were applied looking for improvement opportunities.
At the same time, I spear-headed the creation and maintenance of their current Design System.
Later rebranded as Astara Automotive, and they became giants!
Starting off as an internship, I maintained internal tools and helped in conceptualizing new business-lines. I also participated in the adaptation of our systems and processes into a sellable product within international brands in Europe and LATAM.
A few examples of these are: KIA Portugal, Subaru Spain, Mitsubishi Spain and SsangYong Spain.
In LATAM: Chery Chile, SsangYong Chile, Mitsubishi Chile and KIA Perú.
These were my first steps in the Product design world, and ever since then, I was hooked.
